Breathe to Be
15 years after I gave birth to my son, I happened to meet the midwife who had birthed my son when I was training to be an Antenatal Educator. To my surprise she remembered me! after fifteen years as " The breathing lady."
It astounded me that after some many other births she must have experiences she could still remember our experience together. As a Pilates and Yoga Instructor teaching breath was nothing new to me but to have discovered how much it empowered, released and assisted me to birth my boy was a complete revelation. It helped me to have a strong, empowering and even dare I say it, spiritual experience which had a positive and strong impact on my life.
