The vision for Mama’s Pilates™ started back in 1997 with the birth of my son. After an insightful and beautiful birth experience my passion and commitment for pregnancy and birth grew, leading me to study at Bedford University with the NCT as an Antenatal Educator. Mama’s Pilates™ brings together my long term dream to support and bring safe Pilates exercise to pregnant and postnatal mums and their partners, by creating an organisation training competent and employable Pilates teachers, so you can be assured that you will be in safe hands when it comes to exercises. Getting the advice and support you need. We offer resources and support for mums and their partners in this changing part of their lives.
