EXERCISE AND MOVEMENT TEACHERS
Only movement and exercise teachers who have a licensing agreement with The Thoughtful Body™ and Mama’s Pilates™ and have successfully passed the certification course are entitled to use the Mama’s Pilates™ logo.

Only movement and exercise teachers who have a teacher training licensing agreement with The Thoughtful Body™ and Mama’s Pilates™©  can reproduce the course outline, teaching manuals and represent themselves as a Mama’s Pilates™ Teacher Trainer.
 
If you wish to reproduce any content from teacher training courses, workshop, online education, vlogs and blogs  and present it as part of your own work, you should first seek permission from Rachel Rafiefar at with The Thoughtful Body™ and Mama’s Pilates™.  
 
Purchase of manuals and on line education from The Thoughtful Body™ and Mama’s Pilates™ does not negate Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Ownership.

MAMA'S PILATES™ TEACHERS MEMBERSHIP
You don’t have to be a certified Mama’s Pilates™ teacher to join our membership base. You can be a Personal Trainer, Pilates teacher, Yoga Teacher, Dance Teacher, Horse Riding Instructor but you must hold an exercise qualification of Level 3 and above and attend regular CPD.
As a member you should never share your access and password with anyone else as this will automatically disqualify you from our membership. 

EXERCISE DISCLAIMER ​

 Mama's Pilates™ strongly recommend that your client consult with their physician, consultant, obstetrician or midwife before starting any exercise program. They should be in good physical condition and not have any pregnancy or postnatal contraindications before they start exercising. They should not be a high risk pregnancy and if they have not exercised before they should not exercise until after 13 weeks and have permission. If your client is exercising post birth they should have permission to exercise by a health care professional before starting any exercise programme especially if they have experienced a C section, assisted delivery or any other birth trauma. If you or they are in any doubt they should consult with their physician or midwife and be familiar with the Guidelines on Exercising your country.  
Teachers of Mama's Pilates™ are not licensed medical care providers but gives instruction and advice as an Exercise Instructor and within the remit of their qualification. You should use your professional skill and expertise when teaching or performing any of the exercises. You should work at the appropriate level for the client and only after the completion of a PARQ form and full consultation.   
You should understand that it is your professional duty of care to look after your client during exercise or in an exercise programme and that there is the possibility of physical injury to yourself and your client. If you choose to participate in this exercise or our exercise programs, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself and your client. 
Furthermore you agree to release and discharge Mama's Pilates™©  from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown that arise. Your client is your responsibility.
