Healing Birth 

Sometimes our hopes and dreams for the birth that we planned doesn't always go the way that we hoped.
Instead of a rosy cheeked baby and content, picturesque mum we can find ourselves having lingering unwanted thoughts of the birth experience. Wishing things had gone differently, feeling sad, cheated, lost, powerless. We can sometimes feel disappointed that birth and motherhood wasn't what we hoped for or experiencing feelings that we think we shouldn't be having. 
In her 1-1 private sessions Rachel offers you the opportunity to heal and move on from these thoughts and feelings. An intuitive healer since a young age she can help you identify and release  the areas of you that you feel need support and care.

 MB is a mum of four who came to Mama's Pilates because she believed she had diastasis recti. However, on closer assessment we discovered that in fact she had had a shock during her postnatal recovery which was causing her to keep her excess weight and disconnect with her pelvic floor. Together in one consultation we found the best way forward to help her heal from this trauma and as you can see she was delighted with the results.
